Welcome to Retiree Self-Services! It is the online tool to help retirees, including surviving beneficiaries, securely use IDB Group (IDBG) services anytime, from anyplace with internet access.

 

What can be found in the Retiree Self-Services?


Payslips
Retirees can view their most recent payslips on the first day of each month. They can also view their previous payslips anytime!

 

Pension Verification Letter
Retirees can download and print an official certification of pension in seconds. They no longer have to wait to have it mailed to them!

 

Personal Data and Beneficiaries Information
Retirees can manage their personal data and beneficiary information in real time.

How to get started:

 
Important: In order to setup the Retiree Self-Services account the retirees must have an email address registered in the Bank’s pension system. If you are an IDB Group Retiree and don’t yet have an email address registered, please contact the Executive Secretariat of the Staff Retirement Plans.

  2. Activate your Account (one-time registration process) and access the system for the first time. Follow the step by step user-guide: PC/Windows users | Apple computer users or watch this brief tutorial to learn how to activate your account.

 

How to use the Retiree Self-Services
The retirees have video tutorials and user guides available to learn, step-by-step, how to use the Retiree Self-Services an all its features. To facilitate the learning process, we have prepared different material for PC/Windows user and Apple computer user. Select your preferred option.

How Our Medical Benefits Program Pays for Your Healthcare

You’ve heard us say it before: Our Medical Benefits Program is self‑insured. This means the IDB Group pays directly for all healthcare claims – yours and your covered family members’. There’s no insurance company picking up the tab or assuming any risk!

 

Here’s how self-insuring works:

 

 

 
If claims rise to an unaffordable level, we might need to increase contributions or find a more cost-effective way to provide benefits (such as raising copays and deductibles).

Ambassador Pareja has served in countless diplomatic roles throughout his career in civil service allowing him to provide a unique perspective of his current role as Ambassador of Peru to the United States. His former roles include the following:

Director-General, Directorate General of Africa, Middle East and Gulf countries, Lima, Peru (April 2015–Aug. 2016)
Responsible for bilateral and regional policy with Africa, Middle East and the Arab Gulf countries. Senior official of Peru to the South America and Arab Countries Forum –ASPA– and to the South America and Africa Forum –ASA.

Director-General, Directorate General of America, Lima, Peru (Sep. 2014–April 2015)
Responsible of the political affairs of the Peruvian Government with all the countries of America and the Caribbean, as well as affairs of integration and border development with neighboring countries. Also responsible for affairs with the Union of South American Nations (UNASUR for its acronym in Spanish) and the Community of Latin American and the Caribbean States (CELAC for its acronym in Spanish).

Peruvian Ambassador to Chile (March 2009–Aug. 2014)
Ambassador in Chile during the sensitive period of the controversy over the maritime boundary between the two countries, submitted to the jurisdiction of the International Court of Justice of The Hague in 2008, which was resolved in final, unappealable and binding judgment, in January 2014.

This historical period in the Peruvian-Chilean relations was characterized by an intense dynamism in political, economic-commercial aspects, of important reciprocal investment and for an unprecedented concertation among the forces of civil society which favored the understanding between the two countries.

Responsible for the Summits, held in Lima: Latin America-Europe 2008 and APEC 2008.

National Director, Directorate General of Sovereignty and Border Development, Lima, Peru (1998–2000)
Participated in the Peace Negotiations with Ecuador (1997-1999) as the Executive Secretary of the Peruvian-Ecuadorian Border Integration Commission.

Member of the Peruvian-Ecuadorian Neighborhood Commission and Chairman of the Directorate of the Binational Development Plan for the Peru-Ecuador Border Region.

In March 1999, headed the Peruvian delegation in the Negotiations with Chile aimed to resolve the outstanding issues of the Peruvian-Chilean Boundary Treaty of 1929 and its Complementary Protocol. These negotiations concluded with the signing of the “Act of Execution” on November 13th, 1999, and the concession in favor of Peru, of port facilities in the Chilean port of Arica.

The Credit Union and IDB Retirees' Association are asking for your help!

Visit the Credit Union’s lobby to make a donation at the teller line or login to Online Banking to make a contribution via internal transfer to our designated solidarity account. All proceeds will go to the American Red Cross to aid victims of Hurricane Harvey and Irma.
