To represent the members regarding their economic, social, and cultural interests. To keep all members duly informed of matters of their interest. To promote educational, social, and recreational activities.

1. To represent the members of the Association, mainly regarding pension and insurance within the Bank.

2. To participate with the Bank in activities of mutual interest to the Bank and the Association, such as, advising the Bank on matters relating to retirement, medical costs, income taxes, and other matters of technical nature.

3. To keep the members duly informed of matters of their interest.

4. To promote social and recreational activities to benefit the members and their families.

5. To promote educational and cultural activities, giving the members the opportunity of updating their knowledge (e.g. assistance in taxes, computer courses, investments, etc.).

6. To communicate to the members the needs of the community, thus enabling them to work as volunteers.

7. To follow up the requests of our members to the Bank and to the Staff Retirement Plan.
